IIPS Fall Conference
About this event
The Fall 2026 IIPS Conference will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Asheville NC, October 19 - October 21, 2026. Vendor space assignments: Set up will begin at 10:00 am on Monday, October 19, 2026, in order to be ready to meet conference attendees by 12:00 pm. Vendors may begin to break down Tuesday, October 20 at 5:00 pm or Wednesday, October 21 after the 10:15 am break. Shipping: Packages may be delivered to the Hotel within 72 hours of the date of the function. Packages or materials of excessive weight or value must be approved for receipt by the Hotel prior to shipping. There will be a $5.00 per box, handling charge for all packages processed by Hotel. Each pallet or crate delivered to the Hotel is subject to a $150.00 handling charge. Should special arrangements for delivery be necessary, please contact your Crowne Meetings Director or Crowne Meetings Manager. The following information must be on all packages to ensure proper delivery:
A storage fee of $25.00 per box per day will apply for any boxes received prior to 72 hours of the function. However, substitutions are allowed, as we understand that companies may change who attends. Since we do not register the names of specific attendees, any representative from your company may attend in place of another without prior notice. (Individual—one company at a table) $1,200 - Only one vendor, with up to 3 attendees at any time permitted. Includes table, 3 chairs, power, WIFI, your company contact information, logo and description listed on the Sponsor page of the Agenda/Event site and an introduction during the opening session. Includes BASE SPONSOR package and the following: BREAK SPONSOR - $2,000 ONLY FOUR AVAILABLE
Company listing under the BRONZE SPONSOR tier on the Sponsor page of the Agenda/Event site, special signage recognizing your company as a break sponsor and admission to the conference lunch. Includes BASE SPONSOR package and the following: ENTERTAINMENT SPONSOR - $2,500 ONLY ONE AVAILABLE
Company listing under the SILVER SPONSOR tier on the Sponsor page of the Agenda/Event site, special signage recognizing your company's sponsorship, six (6) drink tickets for Monday Night and admission for three (3) of your company representatives to the conference lunch. Includes BASE SPONSOR package and the following: LUNCH SPONSOR - $3,500 ONLY THREE AVAILABLE Company listing under the GOLD SPONSOR tier on the Sponsor page of the Agenda/Event site, Vendor will be allotted five (5) minutes during the lunch to address the group, three (3) lunch attendees, prime table location, special signage recognizing your company's sponsorship, and complete conference attendee list. | |||||||
