2026 IIPS Summer Conference - Vendors

Registration

• Vendor - 1. Base Individual – $1,200.00
  Only one vendor, with up to 3 attendees at any time permitted. Includes table, 3 chairs, power, WIFI, your company contact information, logo and description listed on the Sponsor page of the Event site and an introduction during the opening session.
• Vendor - 2. Base Partner – $1,500.00
  Primary vendor and a partner, with up to 3 attendees at any time permitted. Includes table, 3 chairs, power, WIFI, your company contact information, logo and description listed on the Sponsor page of the Event site and an introduction during the opening session.
• Vendor - 3. Bronze - Break Sponsor – $2,000.00
  Includes BASE SPONSOR package PLUS company listing under the BRONZE SPONSOR tier on the Sponsor page of the Agenda/Event site, special signage recognizing your company as a break sponsor and admission to the conference banquet.
• Vendor - 4. Bronze - Giveaway Sponsor – $2,000.00
  Includes BASE SPONSOR package PLUS company listing under the BRONZE SPONSOR tier on the Sponsor page of the Agenda/Event site, special signage recognizing your company as the giveaway sponsor and admission to the conference banquet. You will also have the option to place your logo on the giveaway.
• Vendor - 6. Silver - Social Food Sponsor – $3,000.00
  Includes BASE SPONSOR package, company listing under the SILVER SPONSOR tier on the Sponsor page of the Agenda/Event site, special signage recognizing your company's sponsorship, ten (10) drink tickets for Monday Night and admission for three (3) of your company representatives to the conference banquet.
• Vendor - 7. Silver - Drink Ticket Sponsor MONDAY – $2,500.00
  Includes BASE SPONSOR package, company listing under the SILVER SPONSOR tier on the Sponsor page of the Agenda/Event site, logo printed on drink tickets used for Monday Night Social. Will receive 20 drink tickets to hand out to attendees and admission for two (2) of your company representatives to the conference banquet.
• Vendor - 8. Silver - Drink Ticket Sponsor TUESDAY – $2,500.00
  Includes BASE SPONSOR package, company listing under the SILVER SPONSOR tier on the Sponsor page of the Agenda/Event site, logo printed on drink tickets used for Tuesday pre-banquet Social. Will receive 20 drink tickets to hand out to attendees and admission for two (2) of your company representatives to the conference banquet.
• Vendor - 9. Gold - Banquet Sponsor – $3,500.00
  Includes BASE SPONSOR package, company listing under the GOLD SPONSOR tier on the Sponsor page of the Agenda/Event site, Vendor will be allotted five (5) minutes during the banquet to address the group, three (3) banquet attendees, prime table location, special signage recognizing your company's sponsorship, and complete conference attendee list.
• Vendor - Banquet ticket – $75.00
