At registration check-in, you will be given a bracelet that is your entrance to the sessions and social events.

Room rate and fees:

• 2 Queens Standard Room Rate - $170.00 + tax (13%)
• Guaranteed rooms with king beds and/or ground floor direct outdoor pool access are available at $190.00 + tax (13%) per night based on availability.
• Room assignments are made at the time of check in by the front desk. Any request of room type is only a request and is in no way guaranteed by Hotel.

Reservation cut off for the group rate is 12 midnight on Friday, September 18, 2026.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Please note that registration fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual. To do so, kindly email the name of the substitute attendee to iipstreasurer@gmail.com. Additionally, please remember to contact the hotel directly to update your reservation as needed.
