The Fall 2026 IIPS Conference will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Asheville in Asheville, NC, October 19 - October 21, 2026.
Vendor space assignments: Set up will begin at 10:00am on Monday, October 19, 2026 in order to be ready for the begin meeting conference attendees by 12:00pm. Vendors may begin to break down Tuesday, October 20 at 5:00 to Wednesday, October 21 after the 10:15a break.
Shipping:Packages may be delivered to the Hotel within 72 hours of the date of the function. Packages or materials of excessive weight or value must be approved for receipt by the Hotel prior to shipping. There will be a $5.00 per box, handling charge for all packages processed by Hotel. Each pallet or crate delivered to the Hotel is subject to a $150.00 handling charge. Should special arrangements for delivery be necessary, please contact your Crowne Meetings Director or Crowne Meetings Manager. Vendor Cancellation Policy: Please note that all vendor registration fees are non-refundable. However, substitutions are allowed, as we understand that companies may change who attends. Since we do not register the names of specific attendees, any representative from your company may attend in place of another without prior notice.

- 2 Queens Standard Room Rate - $170.00 + tax (13%)
- Guaranteed rooms with king beds and/or ground floor direct outdoor pool access are available at $190.00 + tax (13%) per night based on availability.
